COPPA and Privacy Statement

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that anyone under the age of 13 must have parental consent in order for FSR to collect personal information on the web site. Regardless of age, the personal information of name, date of birth, address, gender, phone, social security number, and email address are used by FSR to maintain records of FSR, to convey to the United States Soccer Federation, to convey to Florida Youth Soccer Association for criminal background check, for assignment of referees to games, to display publicly and display to administrators, and to contact referees for recertification and other matters of the FSR pertaining to the training and certification process. YOU MUST BE at least 13 years of age to register on the web site. Otherwise, you must obtain parental consent for the collection of your personal information.
